Village of Abbeywood Roof Replacement
Project Overview
Village of Abbeywood is a 40-unit patio home community made up of ten free-standing, steep-slope buildings. After the community’s board of directors interviewed and accepted proposals from several roofing contractors, American Roofing and Metal was selected to replace the roofs across all ten buildings, not as the low bidder, but on the strength of our track record for quality and reliability.
American Roofing provided full-time on-site management supervision throughout the project, an approach that maintains the integrity of the completed work while keeping the site safe for residents, employees, and the public. Landscaping was protected throughout, and the worksite was kept clean and organized at every stage of the roof replacement. The team worked directly with the board of directors to address issues as they came up, keeping the project on track from tear-off through final shingle installation.
The full roof replacement across all ten buildings was completed in just over a month, delivering a durable, long-lasting result and a noticeable improvement to the overall appearance of the community.
