Lexington Elementary School’s existing low-slope roof had reached the end of its service life, showing the wear typical of an aging membrane system, including visible ponding across several sections of the roof. AR&M performed a full tear-off of the existing roofing down to the deck. Following tear-off, the roof was prepared and a new EPDM roofing system was installed across the building’s low-slope roof areas.
