Project Overview

This home, set in the heart of the historic Anchorage neighborhood, features a complex roofline with multiple gables, dormers, chimneys, and a cupola the kind of layout that calls for careful planning around every valley, ridge, and transition. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing roof system down to the deck across all sections of the home.

With the deck prepped, our GAF Master Elite–certified crew installed a new designer shingle system across the primary roof planes, chosen to complement the home’s architectural detail. Double lock standing seam metal was fabricated and installed on the lower-slope sections and dormers, and our team added new custom chimney caps to match. Ornate copper work was fabricated and installed throughout, tying together the multiple chimneys, valleys, and the cupola’s roofline into one cohesive system.
