Royal Ambassador Condominiums

Project Overview

Royal Ambassador Condominiums was a complex shingle replacement job. It was challenging due to the limited access and high work areas. Every shingle on this particular project required hand sealing, which was a very time consuming process, but resulted in a fantastic roof replete with a four-star warranty from the manufacturer. The sealing of the shingles helps prevent shingle slippage, which is a common problem if not properly installed. The majority of the work was completed from ladder, but other areas were only accessible by manlift. The coping cap was custom fabricated in our metal shop and was installed by our sheet metal division.
