American Roofing and Metal, a GAF Master Elite roofing contractor serving Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Cincinnati and Dayton Ohio, is proud to announce that we have been named a 2026 GAF 1-Star President’s Club Award Winner in the residential category. This distinction, awarded directly by GAF, recognizes us as one of the top-performing GAF Master Elite Contractors in the country, an honor earned by only a small percentage of roofing contractors nationwide.

What the GAF President’s Club Award Means

GAF is North America’s largest roofing manufacturer, and its Master Elite certification is already reserved for contractors who meet rigorous standards for licensing, insurance, and reputation. The President’s Club takes that a step further. It is reserved for Master Elite Contractors who go above and beyond on the criteria that matter most to homeowners: quality of work, customer service, and long-term reliability.

In the official notification, GAF’s EVP and Chief Customer Experience Officer, Jim Durkin, congratulated our team on achieving what he described as one of the highest honors a GAF Master Elite Contractor can earn, recognizing our dedication to excellence in meeting GAF’s stringent criteria.

A Legacy Built By Our Team

Awards like this are not won by a company. They are won by the people who show up every day and do the work right, project after project, year after year. That is especially true at American Roofing and Metal, where our reputation has been built by team members who have stayed with us for decades and helped shape what our craftsmanship stands for.

Two of those team members are George, our Residential Vice President, and Daniel, our Residential Department Head. Between them, George and Daniel have dedicated a combined 43 years to American Roofing and Metal, leading our residential division with the standards that made this award possible.

.

George & Daniel’s tenure reflects something bigger than individual careers. It reflects the kind of family culture American Roofing and Metal has built over four generations, where people love what they do and stay because of it. That continuity is what allows a company to consistently deliver the level of craftsmanship GAF is recognizing here

What This Means For You

For homeowners across Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Ohio, this recognition is third-party validation of something we already tell every client: when American Roofing & Metal is on your roof, you are working with a team held to a higher standard, backed by the strongest warranties GAF offers, and led by people who have spent their careers perfecting the craft.

We are honored by this recognition, and even more grateful for the team, led by George, Daniel, and everyone on our residential crews, who earned it.
