American Metal & Roofing Company Inc is a fourth-generation, family-owned and operated, full-service roofing provider with divisions dedicated to residential, commercial, industrial, service, and solar. We are committed to providing exceptional roofing services with a focus on quality, integrity, and safety. Serving Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern innovations to deliver superior roofing solutions.

Company History

In 1914, Rick Steinrock’s grandfather emigrated from Germany in pursuit of a better life. He began as a “tinner” and shortly thereafter went out on his own, using a horse-drawn cart to take him from job to job. Roofing has now been a part of the Steinrock family for over four generations. 

Josh Steinrock runs American Roofing as President. He started at a young age, working on crews and learning all facets of the business. He is a talented leader with a clear vision for the company. He leads full of heart, passion, and love for the work. Several members of the Steinrock family are involved in the business and all are deeply committed to the mission and values of the company.

Much has changed over the 100+ years since the first Steinrock started working in the industry; however, many things have stayed the same–like their dedication to providing quality roofing solutions and services. 

We are grateful for our rich heritage of integrity, craftsmanship, and hard work. We are deeply committed to continuing to build on that foundation for the next 100 years.
